Section 1. Service Fees, Billing Method's Automatic Renewal & Termination
  1. Membership Fee
    • After registering, Computer Security Student, LLC will charge you a monthly membership fee of $10.00 USD for it's services.
    • Computer Security Student, LLC's services consist of lesson assistance to the student while they work on completing their training certificate in Hac-King-Do (HKD).
    • The student will be charged a re-occurring monthly membership fee of $10.00 USD per month.
    • This re-occurring monthly billing will occur either the day before or on the billing due date.

  2. Automatic Renewal
    • All membership subscriptions will be automatically renewed upon the terms set forth in this Payment Agreement and User Agreement; unless such membership subscription is de-activated or terminated.

  3. Membership Fee Increases
    • Computer Security Student, LLC reserves the right annually to revise and amend the monthly membership fee by no more than 15%.
    • Computer Security Student, LLC will provide 15 day email notice to you in the event that the monthly membership fee will increase.

  4. Failed funding
    • If you fund a payment by debit card and your load transaction results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.

  5. No Refunds
    • There are absolutely no refunds.

  6. Customer Termination
    • A customer may wish to cancel or terminate their membership before the next billing cycle by:
      (1) Logging into the membership website, AND
      (2) Clicking on (Membership Status --> De-Activate), AND
      (3) Selecting the
      I Agree to De-Activate My Membership checkbox, AND
      (4) Clicking the Submit Button.

    • By De-Activating your membership, you understand the following:
      (1) Your credit card will no longer be billed, AND
      (2) You will no longer be able to request help completing lessons, AND
      (3) You will no longer participate in our Hac-King-Do Training Certification.

    • If you change your mind after De-Activating, we will save your work up to 6 months. 

    • In addition, if you Re-Activate your Membership before your Next Payment Due Date, you will not be required to create another initial registration payment and account.

 

Section 2. Payment Gateway
  1. Paypal Payment Gateway
    • Computer Security Student, LLC will use Paypal's Payment Infrastructure to bill its' customers.
    • Computer Security Student, LLC does not store customer credit card information of any kind.  All credit card information will be securely vaulted by Paypal.

 

Section 3. Variations
  1. Variations
    • We reserve the right to revise and amend this Payment Agreement from time to time and any revised version will be deemed to be applicable from the first date of publication on this website.
