Section 1. How To Log In
  1. Open Firefox
    • Instructions:
      1. Click the Start Button
      2. Type firefox in the search box
      3. Click the firefox icon

     

  2. Login (Part 1)

     

  3. Login (Part 2)
    • Instructions:
      1. Username: Supply Your Username
        • E.g., testuser
      2. Password: Supply Your Password
      3. Captcha Challenge Code: Supply the Code
        • E.g., SGJQ
      4. Click on the Login Now Button

 

Section 2. How To De-Activate Your Account
  1. De-Activate Account (Part 1)
    • Instructions:
      1. Click on the left Membership Status Navigation Branch
      2. Click on De-Activate

     

  2. De-Activate Account (Part 2)
    • Instructions:
      1. Check the I agree to De-Activate My Membership Checkbox
      2. Click the Submit Button
    • Note(FYI):
      • By De-Activating your membership, you understand the following:
        (1) Your credit card will no longer be billed, AND
        (2) You will no longer be able to request help, AND
        (3) You will no longer participate in the ComputerSecurityStudent Hac-King-Do Training Certification.
      • If you change your mind after De-Activating, we will save your work up to 6 months.  In addition, if you Re-Activate your Membership before your Next Payment Due Date, you will not be required to make another initial registration payment.

     

  3. De-Activate Account Results
    • Note(FYI):
      1. You should now see that your membership is deactivated
